PharmaSolve Consultancy Ltd was formed in July 2003, from the merger of two consultancy companies (PharmaSolve Consultancy & Ansapharm) into a single Limited company.

PharmaSolve Consultancy was formed in February 1999 by Dr Mandy Cooke. The company has traded successfully in the areas of Project Management, Development Management and Regulatory Affairs since this time. The company had an extensive network of consultants in a variety of pharmaceutical fields, enabling it to offer a range of services to the industry.

AnsaPharm was formed in June 1999 by Brian Atkinson. The company traded successfully in the areas of Regulatory Affairs, Quality Assurance and Interim Management in specialist companies. The company built up an extensive network of specialists utilising their skills and knowledge whenever needed.

As PharmaSolve Consultancy Ltd, the Directors (Brian and Mandy) intend to build on the strengths and experiences of each of the businesses that it was formed from.
